ames founded BrightSpark Electrical Solutions over a decade ago, bringing over 20 years of experience as a licensed Master Electrician. Driven by a commitment to quality and safety, James has built BrightSpark on a foundation of trust, exceptional service, and genuine care for clients. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and his dedication to his craft, James is a hands-on leader who still loves getting out on job sites and working alongside his team. When he’s not working, you’ll likely find James tinkering with gadgets in his garage or spending time with his family.

Office Manager & Client Relations Specialist
With over 15 years in customer service and office management, Sarah is the friendly face and organized mind behind BrightSpark’s day-to-day operations. She handles everything from scheduling and billing to customer support and team coordination.
